McMaster University and the McMaster University Faculty Association (MUFA) have reached a new remunerations agreement.
The terms of the Joint Committee Remuneration Agreement have now been confirmed through a ratification vote by MUFA members.
“On behalf of the McMaster community, I would like to thank all of our joint committee members who worked collaboratively to develop this new agreement,” said Susan Tighe, provost and vice-president, Academic.
“It provides the stability the university needs to stay focused on our commitment to our faculty, students and our ambitious teaching and research as a global university.”
The agreement takes effect July 1, 2022 and will be in place for three years until June 30, 2025.
